R Kelly confesses at last , blames former Girlfriend for his current predicament.

Rkelly before and after trial

R Kelly has accused his long-term girlfriend Jocelyn Savage of regurgitating “stories and lies told by others for her own personal profit” after social media posts emerged in which she appeared to speak out as one of his victims.
There is some uncertainty as to whether the posts on a Patreon page under Savage’s name were actually written by her, however her family is confident that they were.

The posts allege that Savage, who has been living with Kelly since she was 19, is “a victim” of his sexual and psychological abuse.
Kelly has been incarcerated since July on multiple allegations of sexual abuse in three states.

The posts detail controlling and invasive behaviour on the part of Kelly, including that he made her address him as “master” or “daddy”, had his multiple assistants watch her in the shower, and monitored her telephone calls to family.

In response to the posts, Kelly’s attorney, Steve Greenberg, said in a statement to Variety: “It is unfortunate that Jocelyn now seeks to make money by exploiting her long time, loving relationship with Robert.

“Obviously if she were to tell the truth no one would pay so she has, unfortunately, chosen to regurgitate the stories and lies told by others for her own personal profit. We know the real facts, and it was not until the money ran out that she decided anything was wrong. Hopefully people will see it for the obvious profiteering it is.”

Until recently, Savage was one of Kelly’s defenders, publicly speaking out on his behalf in interviews and supporting him in the courtroom.
Gerald Griggs, an attorney for Savage’s parents, gave the following statement to The New York Times: “The family is concerned about the allegations made by the social media account purported to be that of Joycelyn Savage. Numerous facts detailed by the account confirm the abuse and coercion that the family has alleged for two and a half years. We are attempting to make contact with Joy and the family is ready to welcome her back with love and open arms.”

Kelly has denied all claims of physical or sexual abuse and domestic violence.

But nobody is above the law.
